Founder & Managing Director

A Chartered Accountant with a passion for green change, Neil sparked the Forengers movement from a simple conversation about environmental concerns. His knack for structured planning and Excel wizardry helped transform a casual gathering into today's 700+ strong community. Neil's clear vision and love for organized execution continue to anchor Forengers as it grows from strength to strength.

Varsha Gokhale

Director

Varsha brings strategic oversight and governance expertise to Forengers' mission. Her keen eye for organizational development and commitment to sustainable practices helps shape the foundation's long-term vision. With a deep understanding of environmental challenges, she ensures that every initiative aligns with the organization's core values of youth empowerment and climate action.

Sumedh Bagaitkar

Chief Financial Officer

Sumedh safeguards Forengers’ financial health, overseeing budget planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure every initiative is well-resourced. As a Chartered Accountant working with leading MNCs, he brings corporate finance expertise to the foundation. His meticulous approach to compliance and strategic financial insights ensures the organization stays on solid ground while pursuing its green mission.

Chief Operating Officer

Kshitij transforms environmental ideas into ground reality, managing everything from plantation drives to cleanliness campaigns. An IIT-Bombay chemical engineer with a passion for plants and sustainability, he handles the elaborate research and execution that makes each drive successful. When not busy with operations, you'll find him enjoying Indian classical music.

Siddhant Gandhi

With his hospitality management background, he brings a unique perspective to partnership development.
