TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We, Forengers Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the organization”), are a registered organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, dedicated to environmental conservation. Over the past five years, we have successfully conducted tree plantation drives, cleanliness initiatives, paper bag-making drives and various environmental initiatives across various zones in Pune. These initiatives have contributed to a greener environment and fostered community participation and awareness.

As an established organization, we have set the following guidelines to ensure safe, effective, and responsible participation in our activities (includes any environmental initiative or drive or organizational meeting or any event organized by the organization):

Follow all the rules, regulations and statutory conditions as mentioned below:

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. The participation or presence of any individual under 18 is unauthorized by Forengers Foundation. Such participation will not be recognized by Forengers Foundation, and the organization disclaims all responsibility and liability for any underage individuals involved in or present at its activities.
  • Participants must wear appropriate clothing and preferably closed-toe shoes.
  • Avoid engaging in dangerous or unapproved activities.
  • Be cautious of potential insect, snake, or other animal bites while working in the field.
  • Stay hydrated and carry a water bottle.
  • Protective gear such as gloves and masks must be brought and worn by participants during cleanliness drives.
  • Participants are solely responsible for their valuables, including ornaments and electronic gadgets.
  • Avoid disputes with local residents or government officials.
  • Do not touch or pick up medical or hazardous waste.
  • Participants who experience symptoms of illness, who have been diagnosed with a contagious disease, or who suffer from any health issues that may put their own safety or public safety at risk should refrain from participating in the organization’s activities.
  • Respect fellow participants, drive organizers, and the community.
  • Be punctual and adhere to the assigned tasks during the drive.
  • Follow the instructions of drive organizers.
  • Ensure responsible disposal of waste and proper segregation.
  • Encourage and educate others about the importance of environmental conservation.
  • Photography and videography during activities require prior approval from the organization.
  • Participants will be responsible for their own safety.
  • Participants must abide by all local laws and government regulations.
  • Participants must pay the fixed financial contribution amount as determined by the organization from time to time for each activity organized by the organization. The organization will not disclose any financial details, and once paid, the financial contribution amount will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  • Voluntarily working for a common goal in a social organization like Forengers Foundation is a self-driven act and therefore for any injury, accident or unexpected incident of any kind the participant is solely responsible.
  • Any misconduct, violence, or violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification from participation.
  • The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the official website of the organization, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By continuing to participate in the organization’s activities or maintaining your registration, you expressly agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

Your participation and relationship with Forengers Foundation are also governed by our Privacy Policy and Donations Policy. By signing these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge it is your responsibility to review these additional policies, and you agree to be bound by them. By signing these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I have read and understood them and the additional policies referenced above, and agree to comply with them. I understand that my participation in any activities of the organization is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with participation. I further acknowledge that Forengers Foundation shall not be held liable for any injuries or incidents that occur during these activities.
